Whether it’s the loss of a loved one, the end of a relationship or a significant life change, grief is a part of the human experience. But often, we don’t take the time or find the right space to process it fully. That’s where grief recovery coaching comes in.

I offer a 7-week grief recovery journey designed to gently guide you through this emotional landscape. Together, we will work step-by-step to help you uncover, feel, and release the weight of unresolved grief. You’ll also be asked to read a powerful book, which will serve as a companion to our sessions, offering insights and guidance along the way.
